I had a pleasant stay during my business trip! The hotel is super convenient since it's connected to the mall, making shopping and dining so easy. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options to start the day right. My room was spacious and comfy, which really helped after a long day of meetings.

There were definitely some hiccups, though. Check-in was a bit frustrating due to a mix-up with my room type, and although the staff was friendly, one member didn't seem very helpful. the noise from other guests was annoying at times, making it hard to unwind in the evenings. All in all, it was decent, but a few improvements would help a lot!

It was fairly clean, the staff was very very helpful and attentive, plus the service was exceptional. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, next to sm department store with easy access to a mall and a large shopping mall. The breakfast was absolutely superb, had a great selection of options.

Ideal hotel, attentive staff, modern room, best bathroom. Absolutely superb and satisfactory breakfast - variety of meals. Perfect location with parking onsite. Also, to a major shopping complex. Perfectly pleasant stay, as always.

I was really disappointed with the check-in experience. We had booked two king beds but ended up with one king and two twins. The staff member seemed unhelpful, and the room arrangement just made our stay uncomfortable. So frustrating!

the hotel is impressively clean and modern, which made us feel very comfortable. connected directly to a mall, it was convenient to grab food or shop. the complimentary breakfast buffet was a delight, and we appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. our room was spacious with all the necessary amenities, and the warm gesture for our anniversary made our experience special.

I recently stayed for eight nights at a hotel connected to the SM Mall, which was convenient for shopping and dining. The spacious and clean Junior Suite offered excellent views, especially during sunset. I was delighted by the strong shower pressure, the delicious breakfast with vegetarian options, and the friendly staff who genuinely cared about the environment. the housekeeping team impressed me by following sustainable practices and not unnecessarily replacing clean towels.

I can just recommend this hotel.

Choosing Park Inn for its nearby location was a perfect decision, as I loved how the staff spoke both English and Filipino at the 24-hour front desk, making communication easy and friendly. I also enjoyed the convenience of their bars and the 24-hour gym, which provided excellent options for unwinding after a day of exploring. The American or Asian breakfast was a good start to each morning!

The hotel's location is prime, directly connected to a mall and just a short walk to Manokan Place for the famous chicken inasal. Enjoyable buffet meals with daily changing options and freshly baked croissants make dining a highlight. It's also quite clean and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The reception could be better organized during peak hours, and some amenities seemed slightly dated, which detracted from the charm.

Ants lurking in the reception area and a shower that felt less than pristine certainly detracted from the overall impression. The furnishings throughout the room were beginning to show their age, indicating a pressing need for updates. While the breakfast buffet was sizable, the price felt a bit steep, and having more casual options would have been appreciated. Noise from other guests echoed through the hallways, sometimes making it hard to catch a peaceful moment, especially at night. A clean stain on the wall left something to be desired as well.

The hotel's modern decoration and spacious lobby. Plus, being connected to the mall is a real blessing for easy access to shopping and dining without any hassle.
